The small vibrant hosta grows vigorously but its more Lemon in colour than Lime, so it is a beautiful addition to gardens, especially small spaces. It will produce showy, dark lavender flowers on stalks in midsummer.

Grow in part shade, I grow mine in a high nutrient organic compost in small teracotta pots and the pot always sits in a tray. I top dress with grit and broken egg shells. I site them on a waist height table so they can be enjoyed. This also prevents them being eaten by our garden friends.
